Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Store Credit Option
If you choose store credit instead of a refund, return shipping costs may be waived. Store credit will be issued via email and can be used toward future purchases at LIVINGMAJIK.
