What Can Be Returned?

Unopened Products

Changed your mind? No problem. Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened Products

Sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit.

Products that have been opened and reasonably tried are eligible under our satisfaction guarantee.

To help us keep this promise available to everyone, products must not be substantially consumed or intentionally emptied.

Gifts

Received a LIVINGMAJIK gift that wasn’t quite right? Contact us, and we’ll help you explore the available return or exchange options.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your order should arrive just as beautifully as you expect.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds & Return Shipping

Refunds

Eligible refunds cover the product purchase price, including any applicable product sales tax.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your financial institution to post the funds.

Return Shipping

For standard returns and satisfaction-guarantee requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when a physical return is required.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover any necessary return shipping.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the issue was our error.
