My health challenges started in the 80’s with an autoimmune disorder, food allergies that affected my respiratory system and living in a constant state of inflammation. It was a time before medical professionals treated or even fully understood these conditions. I found myself on a pursuit for knowledge, I embraced herbs, shifted to a whole foods diet and committed to living an active lifestyle, transforming my frustrations into a quest for wellness.
Then came a pivotal moment: losing both of my parents to cancer. That heartbreak compelled me to seek answers: Why are so many people battling cancer? Why is gluten intolerance on the rise? And what’s behind the epidemic of food allergies? What does our body need to thrive?
Discovering the troubling truth: our modern diets are often laden with harmful chemicals and additives that burden our organs, and many personal care products are filled with toxic ingredients that permeate our skin. This awakening sparked a pivotal idea—transforming my pain into a purpose that would resonate with others.
